Solution Manager
Kathy Kinnier, Co-Founder and Partner of Data Ignite, has over 20 years of experience in data analysis, analytics and solution development. With a passion for business intelligence and data visualizations, Kathy is in the forefront of Microsoft’s Power BI technology. She is the leader of Microsoft's NY/NJ Power BI User Group. Currently, Kathy designs and develops Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Embedded and Azure. She also has a background in Graphic Design which lends itself well to designing visualizations and dashboards. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, and an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Coleman University in San Diego, CA.

Solution Architect
Andrew has a background in various technologies including mainframe programming with COBOL/DB2; web development using Java Web Components, Flash, classic ASP and ASP.NET; and Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence using the Microsoft BI suite of technologies (SQL Server, Analysis Services (SSAS), Integration Services (SSIS), Reporting Services (SSRS), SharePoint, PerformancePoint, PowerPivot, Power View, Power BI Desktop and Service). He has experience as technical lead on numerous contracts along with management experience in software development. Andrew's well rounded background is best suited for his current role of Solution Architect for data warehousing and business intelligence solutions. He is certified as a technologist and architect for Microsoft's BI suite for the 2005 and 2008 versions and has had experience delivering solutions in the following industries: Insurance, Import/Export, Search Engine Marketing, Online Learning, E-commerce, Healthcare, Finance, Education, Law Enforcement, Food and Beverage, Flight Training and Certification, Aerospace, Professional Sports, Manufacturing and Distribution.

SharePoint Architect
Pramod is an innovative and action-oriented IT Professional with 11 years of demonstrated experience in analysis, planning, and implementation of cutting edge information solutions to address business opportunities. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University. Pramod has hands-on development and architectural experience with ASP.NET, C# and SharePoint in the following industries: Import/Export, Government, and Banking. He is a Microsoft Certified Technologist (MCTS) for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. He also has Expert Exchange Master Certifications in MS SharePoint and MS IIS Web Server.

Power BI Developer/Analyst
Sravya holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Andhra University, India. She started her career in technology as a data analyst. As an analyst she has successfully developed and managed data processing jobs using USPS software. Sravya has demonstrated competency working with large sets of data performing data validation, data cleansing and data mining. She possesses excellent knowledge of data types and file structures. With Data Ignite Sravya has immersed herself with the latest in Microsoft Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop. She also plays a key role in understanding Microsoft Azure's Cloud based offerings as it pertains to Power BI Embeddded and HDInsights (Big Data).
